DELIVERY Delivery charges are in addition to product price unless otherwise stated. All deliveries will only be made to the cardholders address. Further proof of address and/or ID may be required for delivery or collection. All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost; however should you wish to collect or redirect the goods to a different address you should make sure they have your own appropriate insurance. The majority of our deliveries are made within 5 working days of payment being received, if the products are in stock. Delivery dates for out of stock items will be advised on order. Please note that we shall not be liable for any consequential losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control (for example delays caused by acts of God, war, rioting, fire, flood, and terrorism). In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us. We advise all customers to check all products for damage before signing for their receipt as in good, clean, undamaged condition. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please notify the courier on delivery and inform us within 24 hours. We will do our best to sort out all problems as quickly as possible.
